We are looking for a Project Architect with a minimum of 3 years of " Type V " Residential experience.

 Applicant Must be proficient with AutoCAD and be able to make redlines and delegate tasks to an intern.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with project consultants as required
• Understand code requirements & pull permits
• Work with Principal (Brian Murphy) on design
• Assist in the review of shop drawings
• Preparation of construction documents such as drawings/specs
• Perform Site visits as required for verification and coordination
• Interior design (specs, purchase orders)
